Gite de Torchis - Has been carefully converted from a late 19th century colombage barn and retains all its original character whilst offering every modern convenience. This luxury gite enjoys its own secluded garden, including a barbeque area and parking spaces. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking open fields, is the perfect way to start your day. With its open plan ground floor, dramatic ceilings and electrical central heating the gite is perfect for summer or winter use.
Ground floor - Large open plan ground floor with kitchen including fridge/freezer, built in oven, microwave. Dining room and lounge with TV for playing videos, furnished to an excellent standard. Patio doors opening out to terrace and secure garden.
First floor - Three double bedrooms each with double bed (one en-suite) overlooking garden or open countryside. House bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC.
Outside - Now with its own above ground pool 7.3ft x 3.6ft.
Gite de Pierre - Has been converted from a lovely traditional stone building and enjoys views across the Normandy countryside. This luxury gite has its own large private garden (including large decked area) with seating areas for relaxing during the long warm days and for watching the sunset.
Ground Floor - Kitchen with all modern facilities, fridge/freezer, built in oven, microwave. Separate, very large, dining room, lounge with patio doors to the garden. Two double bedrooms each with double bed, one with en-suite shower room and one with bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors to the garden, with TV for use with its DVD player.
First Floor - Three double bedrooms each with double bed and en-suite shower room. Views across the countryside. Clean bed linen is provided on arrival and included in the price.
Outside - Now with its own above ground pool 5.5ft round.
